My Saxon Cavalry Division

I have several Napoleonic Saxon cavalry regiments painted up and have loosely grouped them into a division.Saxon Garde de Korps

The later Saxon cavalry is 18mm AB Figures and are very nice. The early Saxon cavalry is Eureka 18mm and is also very nice. The Saxon Hussars figure is a conversion of the AB early Prussian Hussar, so they are great figures. The Saxon heavies are Eureka brand figures and are not quite as nice, they are still nicely detailed, are size compatible, and paint up nicely. The Saxon Garde de Korps and von Zastrow heavy cavalry regiments need no introduction to knowledgeable Napoleonic students. They are two of the finest cavalry regiments of the wars. The Saxon Hussars boast an impressive record, and have beautiful uniforms. I painted all these figures myself.
